Free weekly walk on a Friday starting at 10:30am in Weymouth, meeting to the right of the entrance of the Swannery Car Park.
The group walk either through Radipole Gardens, around the Radipole Lake Nature Reserve (which involves gravel pathways) or the inner harbour.
There are two health walks in Weymouth which are mostly flat. The route taken on the day is agreed at the beginning of the walk and is dependent on the ability and preference of those attending.
All abilities are welcome and the walk can stretch out to different paces. There is no pressure and no one is ever left behind as the pace of the walk is dictated by the rear walker. Walks last approximately 45 minutes.
Dogs on a discretionary basis, please get in touch before attending.
If you are joining for the first time, please arrive ten minutes early in order to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. Once complete you will be able to join as many walks as you like.
