Activity: Enjoy sociable nordic walking in and around the Avon Heath. Begins with a selection of warm-up exercises before the walk and finishes with cool down stretches. The walks are led by an accredited instructor or leader and are a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors. Participants must hold a freedom passport to attend.
