We’re recruiting up to five new members to join the Dorset LNP Board.
Are you passionate about Dorset’s environment? Do you want to help influence decision making about our natural world? Do you have skills, experience and influence to help us shape the future? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Four of our original Board members are standing down, having reached the end of their third, three-year term (as set out in the original terms of reference) and another member stood down due to other commitments.
It’s a crucial time for the environment with the climate and ecological emergencies and the wider recognition of the value nature has to both economic and social wellbeing, rising up public and political agendas. The passing of the Environment Act (2021) looks to bring a range of opportunities such as the development of Local Nature Recovery Strategies. It’s an exciting time to join the LNP.
