Would suit individuals:
- Working in a caring profession and caring for family members,
- Affected by a bereavement or loss,
- Presenting with anxiety and depression,
- Who would like to meet new friends/like minded people,

A trained qualified Counsellor leads the Self-Care stomp process, (as seen on television in November 2018), which includes walking silently, working both alone and within a group process.
The therapeutic process modelled on forest bathing, includes mindful techniques to contact to our senses, relaxation sessions, and therapeutic creative interventions. The aim of the Self-Care stomp is for individuals to find an increased awareness of their feelings, memories, and identity, and to feel supported within a therapeutic group setting.
